This is a card I did to honor CAKath this week as our new Queen!! What a fabulous gallery!! I needed a birthday card, and when I saw this card, I knew I wanted to get out my Upsa Daisy set, brayer and do an embossing resist card. It looks like a serious card, but the inside says, "It's your CAKE!"
Thanks, Kathy, for all your wonderful inspiration!! Enjoy your well deserved reign, and take good care of the crown!!

What fun! I always love Upsy Daisy and you have used it well with your monochromatic design. Emboss resist is a great technique and it works great with this image. The topper is the pseudo-serious sentiment that turns to a laugh on the inside. Someone will laugh when they receive this fabulous card. Thank you for honoring me with a CASE today.

What a pretty card with your upsy daisy stamp. ( I should dust mine off and get some use out of it....but that will have to wait til the holidays are over...until then, I am just gonna have to put it in my faves...and save it for a rainy or snowy day of case- stamping.)
Your sentiment and humor.....made me giggle.

Aaaaaack! Seriously, I am so impressed with the beauty of your card, and never expected a belly laugh to follow! Huge high five for that! Sue, your card is gorgeous. Love the warm colors, pretty lil fence and that wondrous sky! Excellent case! LYMI

Susie Q, I dont think I've ever seen your brayering before. Girl, you could advanced brayering if you can create a card like this. It's stunning with the image in white. Love the creative design too. You had that creativity kicked up for this one.

Beautiful braying and use of the Upsy Daisy. I like the sponging around the sentiment. I think its hilarious that you made a serious looking card funny with the saying on the inside. Very fun!
