I made another card for the CAS challenge for today - to use sponging.
I started by inking the little piece of pine bough with Versamagic Spanish Olive and coloring the branches with a Close to Cocoa marker. Next I stamped the ornament with Versamagic Aegean Blue. Then I drew the string with a silver gel pen. I tore the bottom edge and sponged all the edges with Spanish Olive. I matted with (I think) Bordering Blue which I embossed with a Cuttlebug Snowflake folder and mounted that layer on Dimensionals. I scored lines around the edge with my Scor-Pal and sponged the edges of the card base, also. It was a little too plain, so I added some sparkle on the sentiment and snowflakes with a glitter pen. I wish you could see that
