The challenge for the Twisted Sisters this week was issued by our lovely Bus Driver, Shirt (Wannabcre8tive) to make a Fall themed sympathy card. Sadly, I am in need of two of these cards, and long for the day they are no longer needed. "He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death, or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” Rev. 21:4
Using SU's Touch of Nature, I am still struggling to use copics, and have found I tend to still watercolor to make it blend. This layout is modified sketch I learned from Tosha (Stamps4funinCa) and I used faux suede paper and a mix of DP, and a border from Shapabilities. The inside sentiment is from SU's Thoughts and Prayers and reads "Praying for friends to comfort you, Faith to uphold you, and loving memories to heal your heart".
Please add TSC1119 to your key words if you would like to join this challenge! Hope you see you there!
Thanks for looking!

So pretty, but yet serene. Love how you used the roses and cut out the end of the branch to hang out over the oval. Great coloring on your wittle birdie.

Oh Pat, so sorry you are needing sympathy cards right now!!
Your faux suede with that DP is very inspiring, and you always do such magical things with paper, ink and flowers when you sit down to make things!! Your peace-filled card is sure to be appreciated, and will bring great comfort! Bless your sweet heart to send love and prayers in this creative way!
