I used dsp from Deck the Halls to make this tree. I punched NUMEROUS circles and used Tombow Multi to adhere them (starting at the bottom) It works best if you let the tombow get slightly tacky before sticking to the cone. To get the ruffle under the "star" at the top of the tree I made a running stitch through a length of the seam binding and gathered it. The star is attached to the tree with a toothpick.

Very pretty! Into my favorites it goes - and wouldn't you know, I have a green tree base sitting on my table right at this very moment! Now I know what to do with it! Thanks for sharing!
