Another sketch challenge, this one stretched me too. Not sure if I like my card today, but I am going to do like someone mentioned yesterday and load it up anyway! (talk about a run on sentence!!!) Thanks Roxie!
My card has that interesting color combination which I wanted to use with this vintage image from RiverCity Rubber Works. I stamped the girls in Tim Holtz DI Pumice Stone, adding stickles to the window sills. I used various TH DI inks and sponged on color. This sponging is rather new to me. I used both Memory Box and Basic Grey papers. The snowflake borders are felt with the sticky on the back, how cool is that? The sentiment is from Rubber Soul.
Thanks for looking today and your comments are cool, too.

Howdy neighbour - I was admiring the snowflakes on your blog post, but didn't get as far as leaving a comment as I was in the middle of making soup.
I like the starry night sky look of the sanded Swiss Dots .
Yeah, I think it's good to upload cards even when I'm not personally happy with them. After all, if it's one I made for a challenge, it doesn't mean I have to ace the challenge - just that I tried my best!

Vintage at its finest comes from your stampin' studio, Susan.
