This was my inspiration for this week's challenge http://miyukisakai.com/frameset/Frameset-portfolio.html What a cool site! This was quite a labor intensive card. I don't have the Bells and Boughs set yet which would have worked perfectly for this, so I used a retired set that has always been a favorite of mine. I stamped the oak leaves in Garden Green on Garden Green and then overstamped with Versamark to clear emboss them. When I cut them out, I just made the edges more spikey than curved. I wanted my pine boughs to be longer so I masked and stamped 2 images together. They have Crystal Effects added. I sprayed some Pretty in Pink with homemade shimmer paint spray then clear embossed over that and cut out the circle. The holly berries are Cherry Cobbler clear embossed then 1/4" circles were punched and curved with my stylus. The bg is Pear Pizzaz sprayed with some antiquing ink. The frame is made using the awesome Simple Frame tutorial by Birgit that was part of the Holiday Tutorial Blitz this week.

WOW! Your creative juices were really pumping with this card! I so desperately want the new Bells and Boughs set and would have loved to use it for this challenge, too! I think your card is beautiful! Great job with the inspiration piece!~

Wow, but what a labor of love! It really shows that you put a lot into this, it's beautiful. Very creative work. I haven't seen the frame before, it's great.
