I wanted and simple and quick card to create today so when I looked at CherlyQuilts and saw this card I was all set to get started.
-I added color with watercolor pencils and water using a small artist brush.
-Scoring was done with the Scor-Pal. I marked 1” in on the corners, lightly drew where the lines would meet at the tree and scored the inside line then went back to score the outside line when I thought it looked to bare. I’m happy with the double lines.
-The insert and envelope were stamped with a border image from the same set the tree is in and I used a Big and Juicy stamp pad from Ranger named Foliage.

Oh, Roxie, this is beautiful! I love the embossed double lines...really adds something special, and that tree is beautiful -- nicely colored! Love it! Thanks!
