I paper-pieced the horse (from Repeat Impressions) with red dotted paper and green plaid and mounted it on a white square on which I had made a dotted border. I used Nestabilities to cut the plain and scalloped circles. I cut a piece of white the same size as the card front and added my layers to that, so that the ribbon wouldn't show on the inside. The sentiment is also from Repeat Impressions. The horse panel is matted with black and is mounted on Dimensionals.
I love rocking horses. What a sweet card this is. Really like your layering and paper piecing. Nice card especially for a youngster.
