Today's IC was loaded w/ possibilites, but I kept coming back to this one that caught my eye right off, called National 2010 concert. I loved the colors & the randomness of the stripes. It just reminded me of a crazy quilt. I usually like to recreate the inspiration & add my own touches which I did by putting each piece of c/s through a different embossing folder bf cutting into strips. I used bricks, square lattice, Swiss dots, paisley, & one that creates double diamonds. I used Only Orange, Taken w/ Teal, Elegant Eggplant, Basic Black, &
White.

Thanks for stopping by to take a peek.

Oh, wow. What a fabulous take on the inspiration piece, and what a lot of work you went to embossing and laying these out. This is right on the mark. Great job.

Karen, you hit the jackpot w/this one, girl. I love your interpretation of that wildly fun and contemporary poster. This is definitely the next best thing. Terrific.
