For today's color challenge, CC293, to use Concord Crush, Cherry Cobbler, and Old Olive. I was able to use the actual Old Olive, but had to substitute for Concord Crush and Cherry Cobbler. I think I was able to get pretty close, though. A beautiful, rich color combo!!
I've had this bear image (retired from The Angel Company) in my stamp collection from way early on. I realized today that it had never seen ink! I'm not sure why, though, because it is absolutely adorable and a joy to color with Prismacolors and OMS. I used the new Midnight Madness sketch MMSC76 and used a vintage approach to my design, ink distressing my image and crocheted lace trim.
This birthday card is for a special SCS and blogging friend who loves bears (and chocolate!) and Midnight Madness sketches. Shh . . . don't tell!!
Thanks for taking a look!

I know who this is for and it is darling! I can't believe you have never inked this image - it is a sweet one and looks great with this sketch. I know that you know who will love this!
