This is for the QFTD31 I did not have any of those stamps, but I'm planing on getting some...Crystal has some darling cards...A lovely gallery.
This is the one I cased: TECC52SS - Cupcake Challenge by crystalkbk at Splitcoaststampers
I changed a few things around...My sister gave me a picture of her and my mother when she was quite a bit younger...my sister is 72 now.
My parents had a cabin many years ago, and this picture of them was taken there. (smaller pic)
The bigger one is a Northwoods stamp image I got off the pc. I colored it with memento markers. I cut them and layered them in nesties...The bg is birch trees image. We had birch trees all around are cabin...I added a ribbon and button...
I would like to make another one of these, and not make as many mistakes as I did on this one.

What a wonderful image of the cabin and birch trees. It must bring back so many memories of your parent's place and the photo is so wonderful to have.

I just love cards like this that use meaningful old photos! I'm sure the memories contained on this card are worth their weight in gold when you can remember back to the days of that cabin in the woods! TFS your wonderful card and photo! Great job!
