I wanted my left balloon to hang over the card edge, so I made my width smaller. The base is 3 3/4 x 5 1/2.
I printed out the digi on my white paper. Then printed it out again on another piece of white paper. I then colored and cut out EACH balloon and distressed the edges. I colored just the inside edge of the balloons on the card front. Then stitched the border and colored in the strings. And stamped my sentiment. Then adhered my balloons with pop up dots. Pretty simple. I love this balloon digi.

Oh, I love it, Lisa! This is a "HAPPY" balloon bouquet for sure!! I just loooove balloons. So much fun! The popped up balloons look great, and I love that they are spilling off the side. Thanks for playing along with my challenge!!
