Another Thanksgiving card using my new Wishes Awash set from the Winter mini. What a versatile greeting set. This is the same layout that I did a couple of cards ago in my gallery. I really like it for a quick card because you do not have to finish the inside. Unfortunately the Itty Bitty BG on the folded flap and the Watercolor Joy wheel used on the bottom of the inside layer did not show up in the scan. I think because of the folded flap and hardware the card was too thick to pick up the images. Anyone else have a better explaination and or solution? It sure takes away a lot of the texture and interest of the card. Much prettier IRL. Enjoy and Have a wonderful Turkey Day with family and friends. Nancy

Beautiful card, Nancy! I agree with you on the Wishes Awash. The scanner is connected to the computer, therefore that means trouble, at least for me! Happy Thanksgiving to you, also. TFS

I love the way the leaves look like they've sort of fallen down into that little upturned flap on the card, and the hardware that's a bit leaf shaped, too. When seen in person, the Watercolor Joy wheel is a pretty little sprinkling of flowers along the bottom edge. Really nice Fall colors, too!

Nancy, this card is so "you." Elegant, earthy, multi-faceted. I am missing out on a lot of good sets by not having access to mini-catalogs, etc. Among my thanks this holiday is one for you--thanks for sharing all your gorgeous creations, and for always being a good supporter and providing thoughtful encouragement to all the rest of us on this site.

I don't really stamp much. I'm just here for the company.
