This is my card for today's Teapot Tuesday challenge. This week the teapotters are headed to Raleigh! Check it out here: MMTPT111 ~ IT'S THE FAST AND THE FURRIEST! AREN'T YOU A TAD BIT CURIOUS? by Mothermark at Splitcoaststampers
Woo-hoo! I hardly have to travel at all this time to join in on the party! When my pal here, Matt the Mutt, heard that Brodie Layne, Collie from Raleigh and Mary Lou, the Shih Tzu, were getting in on a street race, he just insisted we head on over. Matt may not be the fastest, but he could be the furriest and he has such a kind heart. He heard that Rachel, Brodie's Mom, is ill and before he heads to the race, he's bringing a flower to Rachel that he picked for her himself. He hopes that his little gift will brighten her day during these difficult times.
This card really is for Rachel, a long-time friend of Linda (zgirlsgranny). Rachel was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and her dog, Brodie has gone to live with another family. Rachel loves dogs! You can read all about her here: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
Hopefully all our doggie cards filled with warm wishes and lots of prayers will lift Rachel's spirits.
I don't have any dog stamps and everyone here knows I have no artistic talent whatsoever, so I didn't attempt to draw anything. I downloaded this cute image from the web (http://adoptionworld.org/pip/dog.gif) and colored him with Copics.
I'll be over to Raleigh shortly! Looking forward to seeing everyone at the tea party and watching the race!

Oh what a cutie! I love your coloring and the flower is such a sweet treat after all of these trees and fire hydrants. I am sure this will bring a smile to Rachel's face.

I will have to, respectfully, disagree with you. You DO have artistic talent as this very cute card attests to. Matt is looking pretty cute here in the middle of your card and that orange gingham ribbon is perfect here!
