This color challenge, Cherry Cobbler, Certainly Celery, and Chocolate Chip was chosen by Stamp-a-holics member Marisol Gutierrez. At first I tried to keep this within the 10 min. limit, but then as the card evolved, I was getting into adding details like the vellum butterflies and the pearls. I just couldn't stop myself! So, needless to say, I went way over the 10 min. time limit. You can't see how I used the chocolate chip color in this card very well, but I sponged the edges of the card and stamped the sentiment with it. I also used it with the Very Vintage wheel to give the background some texture on the right. I also took the liberty of adding neutrals white and black to to make it come alive. The art piece is stamped on Shimmer White cs. I love the richness of Cherry Cobbler. It is my new favorite of the the new SU! colors. oh, how lovely, it was worth ever minute you went over. So many beautiful and interesting details to look at, I would love to see it in real life, I bet it is breathtaking.
