I stamped the referee image from Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers onto Georgia Pacific cardstock with Versafine Onyx Black ink. I colored his face and hands using Copic markers (which took all of about 20 seconds). I cut this image out, and then placed it on the card panel. The square panels were made from Ohio State patterned paper and scarlet cardstock framed with black cardstock. The sentiment is from Technique Tuesday.
The inspiration for this card came from the current CAS challenge, CAS83, which was to use this particular layout.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

I love the way you used the referee. This would be even more awesome if I weren't raised a Wolverine, so I'll just squint my eyes to obscure the logos and call it fabulous!

"Go Bucks"! Love your card design and the ref! I don't have OSU paper but do have some stickers that would work fine. Going to see if I can create a card for friends of mine! tfs..
