Blessing Birthday Ring
This was a birthday gift for a friend. When you receive your cards, you punch a hole in the card and string it on the ring. After you have "strung" your cards, you hang the whole thing where you will see it everyday. It will remind you of the people who love you, and how blesed you are to have those thoughtful friends!
This a very simply designed ring, but sometimes simple is better!

I love this idea! I've started a basket for the encouraging cards I've gotten since I was diagnosed with breast cancer. This would be a perfect way to display and remember them. Did you make the ring or purchase it? About how big is it? More details please.

I purchased my "Neck Ring" from Hobby Lobby. I believe Michael's has them also and most art and craft stores. It came from the Jewelry section. I also bought cheap plastic beads and strung them on the ribbons. (The cheap, plastic beads tend to have larger holes and are easier to string.)
I stole this 'idea' from a Speciality store in our town. They were selling them for $27/$28 dollars and maybe had six or eight ribbons hanging them and were not very attractive. Overpriced and underwhelmed! So, I made my own. This is a great gift idea for Baby Showers, Christmas, Get Well, for any occasion! When you have filled your ring and need to start a new one, it is very easy to store as well.
Thank you! I am glad you like!
Blessings!
