Two more of the seven sympathy cards I made for my cousins who recently lost their dear Mom - my great-aunt.
Slowly finding my way back to creating some cards after a rather "interesting" summer...
These cards were inspired by a wonderful CAS card by pmb1121 found here. I used embossing folders to add texture and punched and layered my sentiments. Used nestabilities on the inside for sentiment panels. On the butterfly bg I used a Versamarker and holographic embossing powder to highlight the butterflies. One card is sponged with Tea Dye ink, the other with Brilliance Moonlight White.

Two more beautiful sympathy cards. These efs are great and really don't need a whole lot of other embellishments on them do they? You did a good job to keep them simple and letting the efs "speak" for themselves.

Great use of those embossing folders and I like the cross panels. The creamy carmel and white are lovely together.

Cool use of embossed panels!! The card on the right reminds me of tooled leather. All of your sympathy cards have been truly inspiring, Izzy

Gosh, Diz, you used these ef's to the maximum. I would have never thought to use the horizontal ef's like you have. I'll have to remember that. You've made some GORGEOUS cards which are sure to bring comfort!! TFS!

Love the EFs and the horizontal, embossed strip. Great set of cards. I'm sure they will be appreciated. Hope the basement is coming along!!
