| I created this card for Clear Dollar Stamps' Clearly Inspired Challenge #16 "Cute and Fuzzy" and 2sketches4you Kazan's Sketch 60.
To make this card, I started by cutting my DP and background matte to size and inking the edges with cranberry ink. Then I cut out a mossy green piece of cardstock with a Nestability Die and embossed the edges. Next, I went over the edges with a glue pen and added cranberry flocking.
The snowman was created by using stamps from the CDS Snowman Factory set and cutting out the individual pieces. I also added white flocking to part of the snowman body and head and cranberry flocking to the brim of the hat. Once I attached the snowman to the green die cut shape, I attached the hat and nose with pop dots, added a scarf made of cranberry flocked ribbon, and drew in stick arms.
To finish off the card, I added the saying "Be Merry" to the bottom right of the card and anchored it with green half pearls.
That's one Christmas card done! |
