Today's Ways to Use It Challenge was called "Just One" and we were to use just one sheet of cardstock on our project. I used one sheet of Vintage Cream cs from Papertrey Ink. The little bee is the only thing popped up, and I used a scrap of the cardstock that was leftover after I cut the base. I tried a technique that Betsy Veldman showcased on her blog this week she called "Botanical Collage". Basically you layer a bunch of stamps, such as text, flowers, flourishes patterns, and a "winged thing" to created a card like an old botanical print! You can see her tutorial here:
I used the Linen Background from SU, flourishes from The Angel Company, letter background from Penny Black, bees from Pink Paislee, and Year of the Flower: Larkspurs from Papertrey Ink. This was so much fun!
Speaking of Moxie Fab World...congrats to Julia for being the featured guest there TODAY!

I love vintage and botanicals. This card is just amazing that you made so much intrest with just a few stamps ink and a piece of paper. this is the style my mom wants me to do in her wedding album, that she is hinting she wants done lol. Great work. You can look at it for awhile and still find something new.
