Another ATC submission for Dena's swap. We are to use the titles of OPI nail polish for our inspiration. This one is called: "Overexposed in South Beach"
I used a vintage photo dated 1922. I just love this image. I'm not sure if someone else has ever used this image before or not. The gentleman in the photo seems to be concerned with the lenghth of her swimsuit and has whipped out his measuring tape while onlookers watch the whole ordeal. I'm not sure, but the lady in question seems to be snikering if you ask me! LOL
I printed the image on high quality HP Flyer and Brochure paper. I tore the edges and inked with distress ink. I needed a measuring tape, so I cut a strip from a sheet of "rulers" by The Paper Studio. I printed the word *Overexposed* on the measuring tape by tacking it to a full size sheet of plain paper and running it through my printer. I used yellow pigment ink to highlight (spotlight) and draw attention to Mr. Police man. hehe I finished by gluing mini seashells and MS Glitter.
Hope you enjoy the rest of the summer.
Watch out for the beach police!
Thanks for looking.

He'd need a much longer tape measure for today's swim wear. Great title and love the seashell frame. This reminds me of my Catholic high school days---we wore navy blue jumpers and had to kneel on the stage and the hem had to touch the floor. If we didn't pass the length test, the nuns would send us to the home ec room and the home ec teacher would attire us in the funkiest of navy blue jumpers with hems just below mid-calf. We'd have to wear these dresses of shame for the rest of the school day.
