I have been wanting to make one of these calendars since I first saw the tutorial here on SCS. I cut the numbers out at two different times and didn't realize until I completed the calendar that #'s 1-8 are a 1/2" smaller than #'s 9-24. Oh well, I'm not changing it now.

No, I haven't had any problems with the paper coming off but I do have to remove them carefully. I have to slide the tins off and not just pull them straight off. I used sticky strip to keep the paper down.

This is wicked! And in my own personal humble opinion the so called "error" you made re the sizings actually makes it look even better! Definitely a happy accident and a creation to be truly proud of!
