This technique requires patience! lol Not one of my strengths. I stamped the Rubbernecker images using black StazOn onto the acetate sheet. I then added the gold and red glitters over crystal effects and let it dry overnight! This morning I mounted that glitterfied panel onto the black and then matted with red. The bg panel is stamped with the Rubbernecker bamboo stamp using versamark ink and embossed with black detail powder. The sentiment is stamped onto red with versamark and embossed with detail gold ep.
I hope you like it.

Karen, this is so pretty. If it took your project overnight to dry, and you are in AZ with that dry heat. I am wondering if mine will ever dry. I have had a fan on it all morning and it is still wet. I like how you used the red and gold glitters.
