I used the colors for the Color Throwdown challenge: http://colorthrowdown.blogspot.com/
The colors were Soft Suede, Always Artichoke, and Elegant Eggplant. I had to substitute the Elegant Eggplant for Perfect Plum.
I used cream as my choice of white or cream to lighten the colors. Crimped my cream base and ran my Always Artichoke pad over it to give an aged look. Also, distressed the edges.

Benzi this is AWESOME!!! I have to say that this looks like New Hampshire!! I thought your background paper that you crimped and ran a black ink pad over makes it look like a white birch tree-which is a tree you see everywhere in NH. I guess I am longing for a trip to the White Mountains right about now!! lol Love the border with the leaves. This is just stunning!!!

I am so ready for fall/winter and I love your card - looks chilly and cool (cool in temperature and hipness). That tree image is really neat and I love your sponging!
