My husband told me the afternoon of 8/6 that we were going to a wedding evening the next evening - I knew we were going to a wedding SOMETIME in August, but didn't know the exact date! I made this card for our friends. Their colors are pink & blue, so decided to use Pink Pirouette & Marina Mist as the main colors. After making some samples, I wasn't satisfied at how they were turning out but I knew I wanted to make a "tuxedo card", as my hubby calls it.
I came across a gorgeous card from Angela McKay from North Vancouver, BC on Stampin' Connection ( here it is on her blog: http://www.northshorestamper.com/201...te-sample.html ) & decided I would CASE it for JoshÂ’s wedding card. Well, this is what I came up with the evening of 8/6. I spritzed it the next morning after church with a mixture of Platinum Shimmer Paint & rubbing alcohol. Am pleased at the final product & hope you like it too!
