this is for todays challenge, use something from your garden. i don't have a garden but i have 2 topsy-turvys. one for tomatoes and one for strawberries, the tomatoes are doing great, but there are no strawberries, so i was thinking these mice have taken them away. i really need lots of practice watercoloring. but i'm putting this out here anyway. thanks for looking.

Made me smile. We had no strawberries this year either - not after they started turning from pink to red. But I think it was birds for us. Sweet card .

Oh, this is so sweet! Love your card and that is a pretty bow!
I don't know what area you live, but here in Minnesota our strawberry season is early summer, and they have been done for awhile now. We had a really warm early spring, so the strawberries were ready a couple weeks earlier than usual. Also, it seems like it took a few seasons for the plant to spread and get established. Each year there are more strawberries than the previous, and they get bigger each year too. They spread alot too! I wasn't planning on planting them... my son picked out a tiny strawberry plant when I was buying flowers, and I never expected it to really do anything. It has taken over that whole area of my flower garden!! It's a good thing, though! Sorry so long...
