Another adaption of Leigh O'Brien's WONDERFUL tote purse from the members-only Dirty Dozen gallery. If you're not a Fan Club Member yet, this tote should whet your creative appetite!
I wanted to make the tote larger than the 4 inches provided by Leigh's template, so I enlarged her template 108%, printed off two of them, and placed them on the left and right sides of a 12x12 piece of cardstock. I used dressmakers carbon paper to draw in the score lines. AFTER stamping the background and AFTER folding down the front and back top edge flaps, I cut off the sides at a slight diagonal. This size will hold the small notecards with the scalloped edged envelopes.

Ink: Classic Bravo Burgundy (and this one REALLY needed to be done with Craft, the Classic is way too light)
Accessories: Vintage Brads (the silver diamonds), Hodgepodge Hardware in Pewter, sanding block to rub off some of the pewter, zig painty pen, sticky tape
Techniques: background stamping
Difficulty (1-Easy 5-Advanced): 2 (because of putting everything together)

That purse is absolutely gorgous. I would love to make this for my friend to go with her x-mas gift. She is obsessed with purses. Where can I find that pattern?
