Edited to replace with indoor photo that shows off the UTEE
This is for Taylor's challenge, and also for debdedb's. Also for the IC today, I took this orchid stick pin as my inspiration.
5 3/4" square, papers are DCWV Old World Stack. The blue panel is embossed with Stylized Flowers. There's a strip of vellum under the ribbon which was left over from another card today.
I stitched along the centre of the ribbon and just gathered it up a bit before stitching all round the edge of the card, which held it down. I added a pearl brad and two little wooden beads.
Sentiment is Sincere Salutations, cut out, rounded with a circle punch and popped up on foam.
For the image panel I cut some old paper with Dahlia Nestabilities, layered it onto some thin chipboard so it wouldn't buckle with the heat, and embossed with 3 layers of UTEE. I sprinkled a bit of light blue glitter in before the UTEE set. The Doodle This flower was stamped on white card, embossed with white EP and sponged with blue. I curled the edges a bit before sticking it onto the card. Added some dots around the sentiment and leaf panel, to add some definition...and that's me finished all the DTGD challenges, though I still have more ideas if I can find the time.
