This was designed with 3 challenges in mind - tiffguam's, kmahany's, and in case I don't get a specific card made, melmel's.
I'm also counting it as a tribute to MariLynn who is Queen for the Day, as she is always so imaginative at making her own templates and always trying out new techniques, especially for flowers...and butterflies are her signature.
I designed a basket template that would fit in a standard A2 envelope and be easy to cut. Stuck some Basic Grey paper to the front of a white card base, cut out my basket and then embossed with Forest Branches and sponged a bit. I stuck a piece of light acetate behind, to give me something to stick the flowers to.
The flowers were made with Blossoms 1, 2, and Dahlia Nestabilities cut from various scraps (yay!, no new sheet of paper was cut into for this!) and brads. I used Prima leaves and stuck them all to the card. Added a little butterfly on the rim (flowergal's challenge). Little tag is a HA stamp, and inside the rest of the sentiment says Happy Birthday. I punched a hole in the acetate and tied the tag on with twine. So happy with how this turned out, I was planning it while I couldn't sleep in the night.

Sabrina, this is fantastic. What a lot of time and love that you put into this card. The recipient is going to feel blessed. Those blossoms are so pretty. I love the dp that you used to make them. That embossing is just perfect for your basket.
