We always celebrate our office Macaw's birthday, and he will be 10 next month. I make him a card every year, and some are in the gallery. When I saw Ducky, I knew that was the card for Willie. My plans grew as I went along, and I added much more than I intended. No stamping was done on this card.
The picture of the Macaw is actually Willie. I don't know if you can see it, but I sponged clouds in the background. The leaves are from the large bird punch by SU, and the tree branch was made from Kraft CS and an embossing folder to which I added Chocolate Chip ink before running it through the CB. The sentiment was made on the computer.
Enjoy your week, MariLynn.

What a gorgeous fellow, much more handsome than my old ducky. Tell Willie happy birthday! I love his vibrant blue feathers. Great job hanging the 10 off of the punched branch.

So this is the real Willie? Holy Smokes what a great photo of the office mascot. Your cutout work is fabulous, Lorie. I'm not quite certain how he'll respond to your 10th birthday card, but I would have to think the office will love it.

Awesome how you used your photo to make this card for Willie!! I am sure he will love it, (or at least the people in the office will!) Love how you used the 2 step bird punch for the leaves and your branch was an exceptionally brilliant idea!!
