Whoo Hoo! Congrats MariLynn on being our Queen this week. Sit back and enjoy the ride my friend. You sooooo deserve it.
I just love MariLynn's creative side. She truly is the McGyver of crafting. If she doesn't have a certain tool or product, she makes one. But by golly she gets her done. Her cards are so pretty and very involved. Today I chose this one to cas. I have always been a fan of the retrofit technique.
If you couldn't already tell, this card also fits for todays F4A22....cool summers, which I chose, or warm winters........details.....
On a white cs panel, I stamped the SU garden whimsy butterfly with versa mark then ep with blue tinel ep. Did this again on another piece of white cs, then cut it out and set aside. Stamped the swirly black things clear ep them.
I used three different cool colors to do the retriform technique around the butterfly. Sponged the edges with purple twilight. Layered this with black cs, then put on a white card that I sponged the edges with peeled paint.
Popped up the second butterfly and added doodles on all the lines.
Well MariLynn, it was a pleasure to browse through your wonderful butterfly full gallery. hehe Have a fun week!......TFL :0)
Hi Sis! Have fun next week. Will miss talking to you.

Remarkable, amazing, outstanding, grand, fabulous, incredible, awesome, fantastic, out of this world. Need I say more? I absolutely love the colors and design. I talked to your sister today and you and she, I believe, figured out the question I asked in my upload last night?

I am not familiar with this technique, but I sure do love what you did with it! Fabulous colors and the way you sponged it, the whole thing has a glow to it! Very beautiful!
