 | | I made this project for Kittie's Dare to Get Dirty Challenge. My basil in my garden is going great guns and I have made and frozen about all the pesto my family can eat. I am ready to turn my basil over to the dehydrator and jar it for later use. I turned this retired sesame seed jar into a new jar to house my basil 
It's probably hard to see, but I applied a small bit of glaze to the leaves and flowers of the basil plant.
I didn't gussy my jar up too much, as it will live in the spice cupboard. However, it will bring a smile to my face as a little piece of my craft room is now moving to my kitchen!
