OK so this stencil had never been used! First sponged the clouds, then applied stencil paste to stencil, colored with chalks (when the paste was dry) which also rarely get out. Just happened to have that sentiment, couldn't resist!!!! ;^D
Roof shingles are just pieces of forest cut and applied, then I added some light cuts using a craft knife, to give it texture

Ohhhhhh I love LOVE this, Diane! The shingled roof looks amazing! We have a green roof but it's not looking as good as yours! Now I wanna go by a rooster weathervane! Love your coloring and perfect sky
