I should probably just tell you what I cased rather than what I changed: the sewn border - although mine is faux stitching, the embossing, setting off the image a bit out of the frame. I love her card and may try to case it again if I get time today. Hey Anne - this is not a Christmas card - really!
MMTPT101 - Duke the Dalmatian hasn't received his spots yet so our mission was to bring 42,000 spots. I brought some crystal spots and some blue ones along with a few tiny black ones in my swirl. I hope this helps. I am thinking that Sue will enjoy this nice cool card if Ohio is anywhere near as hot as Alabama - hope you recover soon Sue!
F4A20 - the challenge was to use the newest thing you have that you have not opened and not used before. I used these crystal stickers under my image. I bought these last week hoping they would jazz up my midnight madness sketch challenge cards - you need a lot of cool stuff to keep up with those girls!
Stay cool out there!
PT: 3 die cuts (but I made another version and used punched snowflakes on it so does that count?)

Not a Christmas card! If I'd made it, I'd definitely be counting into my July quota of Christmas cards. Love your cute dog, and those new crystals - mmmm. Pity Duke isn't Duchess, they'd suit a lady dog down to the ground.
p.s - I had to start sewing on cards more when DH talked me into getting a dedicated sewing machine for crafting that I could keep upstairs. Before that it was faux all the way for me .

Yikes, girl, I got lost somewhere in between challenge 3 and 4. I'm still not certain about this not being a Christmas card though. Dont snow and chimneys have something in common? Your card looks very much like Kokirose's style. With your distressed edges/faux stitching, it has the feel of shabby chic and the look of a crhistmas card. It's darling.

I am loving you girls that are doing Christmas cards today. I need to get started, but it's hard to think that way (for me) in this heat. This is so cuuuuuute!! Love the rhinestones.
