Hi there,
Here is my one layer, clean and simple card for the challenge over at LateBlossom's blog. The challenge was to create a patriotic card honouring your own country's heritage. It also works for the challenge at Sentimental Sundays....celebration and Pals Paper too.
We just celebrated Canada Day yesterday and it was wonderful watching the fireworks and seeing the Queen visit Ottawa.
I tore post it notes to use as masks and swiped ink onto my card using the red ink pads I had on hand. I only own one 'Canada" stamp but it looked lost so I doodled a border around it.
Hope you like it and thanks so much for looking,
Karen

Love it! Great CAS card - love the masking effect! I would love to be in Ottawa for Canada Day... never been to Ottawa (shame on me). Happy belated Canada Day to you! (I don't own any Canada stamps!)
