Here's my card for today's Ways to Use It Challenge 277. Our challenge is a ways to use color on a patriotic card, without using red or blue in any hue or variable.
Thank you for looking and Happy Canada Day and 4th of July! God bless. Here is my recipe and how I made this card.
Stamps: None.
Paper: StampinÂ’ Up! Basic Black; Bo Bunny Back to Basics designer paper
Ink: StampinÂ’ Up! Soft Suede, Pumpkin Pie
Accessories: Date stamp from office supply store; Bo Bunny brads, tag; StampinÂ’ Up! chipboard star, Pumpkin Pie Striped ribbon; Dymo label
Technique: Fancy Fold
Instructions: Cut cardstock to 5 ½ x 8 ½. Score at the 4 ¼ line and again at the 2-1/8 line. Adhere ribbon to top 2-1/8 panel. Decorate panels with designer paper as desired. Place chipboard star on a piece of designer paper and trace, then cut out, adhere to star, then sponge edges of star in brown ink. Adhere to top 2-1/8 panel left side of star only and tie ribbon through it. Use Dymo for sentiment and date stamp for the date to stamp on tag. Adhere half side to 2-1/8 panel. Place two brads at bottom left 2-1/8 panel.

Excellent work! I'll bet you're still seeing stars! :-) Love the way you've used the labeler and the date stamp. Great card!
