I thought an Octagon box would be easier than a round one! LOL.
I would have needed 1/8" markings on the ScorePal.
But I have since figured out that if you lay the octagon flat on the ScorePal and score the side strips exactly where the points of the octagon are, it works. And it makes a fairly decent size box too.
This is for the 5th neighbor's Xmas gift. She LOVES purple, AND big jewelry! The box just fits her to a 'T'. Hope she'll like it. TFL

What a beautiful creation! Your neighbor is one lucky person to be receiving this box.
I wish my Grandma was still alive, she would be in paper heaven with all the pretty papers that are available now. Though she did wonderful things with what she had when she was alive.
