WOW! What a fun challenge, but it took me 4 times to achieve this!!! I finally used one of my African violets & finally got something that still looked like a flower!
I found this yellow textured paper in my stash, used a 2" scallop punch & 1 3/4" circle punch for my single flower. MS corned loop punch and some piercing finish it off.
Thanks for stopping by to take a peek.

Oh Bugzi - what a great card. But oh my ~ punching, piercing, pounding ~ things are quite violent in the gallery today! Love the way you've 'staged' your pretty violet! Great job!

I love that you used an African Violet. Don't think I saw anyone use it. It looks so pretty and Good use of that corner punch.

Very pretty! Love the spotlight on the single blossom, and the corner punch works very well with it. I know what you mean about try, try, try again. My African Violet only has a few dried up brown flowers, but I may give it a try later... with all the unexpected results, a dead flower might just be the way to go!
