This is the full view of the cracked glass card, I've previously uploaded photos of the inside of the card as well as the envelope flap that I dry embossed with a cuttlebug folder then highlighted with sakura glitter pens. I've done about 35 envelope flaps, using different cuttlebug EF's and color combinations, and really like this effect.
This was a birthday card made for a good friend's Dad, and my first card made for him. I really tried to keep it as masculine as possible, and another time would prefer to use some sort of knotting technique with a thicker ribbon, but I didn't have the right color and thickness and had to be satisfied with a very utilitarian ribbon bow and hope that wasn't too pretty for this card.
Thanks for checking out this card. I'm always so grateful to receive your comments and learn from them too!

This is a wonderfully masculine card using one of my favorite stamps sets of all time...Lovely as a Tree. That was actually the first stamp set I ever bought! I must try that cracked glass technique...it looks like lots of fun and you have mastered it beautifully! Thanks for sharing this awesome card!

Beautiful job on the cracked glass, it's been forever since I tried that technique. I like how you aged the edges of the image too. Wonderful masculine card!
