This week I am trying to design several prototype "save the date" wedding invites for my future step son and his fiancee. Their wedding colors are black, white and celedon green, but Sage Shadow is the closest I could come up with to celedon. (And of course it's retiring, LOL!) So my gallery is going to be kind of boring colorwise for a little while ;-)
I checked out the challenges to see if they could inspire me, and they were perfect for what I was doing! This card is for this week's Flourishes Timeless Tuesday challenge, which was to use black, white and one other color. I used an image from Summer Blossoms for the shadow stamping at the bottom and I stamped a sentiment from the Sweet Peas set along the sponged area. I was trying to give them the idea that they can use a sentiment other than "Save the Date" if they wish.
TFL!

This one is great, too! It will be a beautiful wedding with these colors, that's for sure.
