The scripture was stamped, masked then the fuchsia was stamped. After more masking, I stamped the Ironworks frame. It was colored with reinkers and a paintbrush and a little pink ink was sponged inside the frame. I used my Out of the Box Nestie Technique and a large rectangle Nestie to cut it out. Its backed by a purple layer cut with a large scallop rectangle.
As for the revisited techniques, remember embossed wax paper resist (TLC219) and negative cuttlebug (TLC160)? After I put these two together, I started looking through my stash of backgrounds and came across the negative effect cuttlebug background in just the right colors. Behind it, I found a piece of embossed wax paper resist in the same colors so I edged them with a purple marker, put them together with my layered image and attached them to a 5.5 x 4.25 white card.
Thanks so much for looking! My blog:The Write Stuff. Sorry! I had to delete a bunch of really old posts from my blog & this is one of them.
