thanks Holly for challening us with this technique which I have avoided coz i thought it was *too hard*!!! This is my first attempt, not too carzy for it but I am gonna make another cup of coffee and go try again! Is there any reason not to use non watercolor pencils since we never wet the pencils according to the tutorials I have viewed? Thanks for looking!

This turned out great, girl!! As far as I know, you should probably be able to experiment with ANY colored pencils ... I only have the watercolor ones, so that is what I use ...

This is lovely, NR! You did a terrific job with your Prismacolor pencils. I agree...if the watercolored pencils are never moistened....what's the difference?? Love the DP you paired with your floral image.
