I made a promise to myself to use up scraps as much as I can. When I saw GinaK's TV tutorial on how to fancy up an envelope I knew this was one way to reduce that scrap pile! This is my second entry for the TSC and for this one I used my Nesties and ribbon and pearls. The sentiments are left over rub ons.

Very pretty, some of my fav colors. You are getting really good using that pink. I think we might transform you and you won't need those pink goggles anymore.
