I used today's Clean and Simple Challenge, CAS66, which was a sketch challenge, to design the card to go with my altered can gift packaging.
The image on my card is from Flourishes' A Year in Flowers Set 2. I stamped it in black on watercolor paper and watercolored my image with reinkers. Then I cut out the image and heat sealed it with clear embossing powder. I used a scoring tool to frame the card with score lines on all four sides.
I recycled a green bean can for my gift package and added a crushed paper flower made from recycled school notice papers. The ribbon tied around the can is a strip of ripped muslin.
I'll need interesting packaging for small end-of-school-year gifts soon, so this set will start my collection!
Thanks for clicking in to take a closer look!

I take a 5 minute break and pop on SCS and whose card is first up in the new uploads! What a beauty Emzi! Your image is wonderful and that scrunchy flower on the tin is wonderful. You got your quota of punching in too! No dust on those punchez! Raise 'em high!

Oh, Emily, you made me laugh with your "crushed paper flower made from recycled school notice papers"!! That has to be the best use for these all-too-many school papers we moms receive all the time! Kudos to you!
