Hi! this card was made for today's Free 4 All Challenge: Gel pens and for this week's Speedy's Friend's Challenge to use Red, White, and Blue on a card. (The background paper has all three of those colors!)
I wanted to use this set today, since I'm in a bit of a rush and had the chicken already colored and laying on my stampin' table. I had used colored pencils and odorless mineral spirits and have found that even white chickens look better with a bit of yellow...LOL
The gel pen was used to create the dots around the edges.
Finished card size: 5" square
Total time to complete: about 40 minutes (including the coloring that was done earlier in the day.
