Used Top Note Die cut in half for Car Body (horizontal) and Windshield (vertical)
Windshield is the negative piece with corners rounded
Grill is Wide Oval--Crimped both directions
Headlights are one inch circles--Embossed with the new SU Square Lattice Embossing Folder
Mirrors are 1/2 inch circles and scrap strips
Steering Wheel is 1.25 and 1 inch circles
Tires are one inch strips, corners rounded and then crimped
Bumper is 2 Modern Label Punches. Tag hides the middle where they join.
License Tag is 1.25 inch square punch--paper was only halfway into the punch from the edge
I'm using this as a graduation card. Inside I put red, summer sun, and glorious green 1/2 inch circles (like a traffic light) and then this sentiment:
THE ROAD TO SUCCESS IS NOT STRAIGHT.
THERE IS A CURVE CALLED FAILURE
A LOOP CALLED CONFUSION
SPEED BUMPS CALLED FRIENDS
RED LIGHTS CALLED ENEMIES
CAUTION LIGHTS CALLED FAMILY.
YOU WILL HAVE FLATS CALLED JOBS.
BUT...IF YOU HAVE A SPARE CALLED
DETERMINATION
AN ENGINE CALLED PERSEVERANCE
INSURANCE CALLED FAITH
A DRIVER CALLED JESUS
YOU WILL MAKE IT TO A PLACE CALLED SUCCESS!
The poem is copied, but I don't remember where I found it.
