I made this card for the VSN Mini challenge to make a card with wet looking elements on it with 3 minutes to spare (and that included unplugging the Crystal Effects bottle!). The photo doesn't show it well but the DP is red foil to match the red foil sentiments in the DP. The computer was stamped on grey cardstock and on ballet blue cardstock and the screen was paper pieced onto the grey laptop then Crystal Effects were added to make the monitor lok more realistic and give the card some texture and dimension. I figure it will be a good birthday card for one of my numerous BILs or FIL, all of whom are BIG computer jocks.
Thank you for the fun challenge and thank you to everyone who takes the time to look at and/or comment upon my card.

What a fun card, Meredith!! So glad you were able to do the mini VSN!! Wish I'd had the time. Catching up after a trip really stinks sometimes :( Anyway, you did a super job on this challenge. I love the computer theme--you do such a great job with that computer image of yours!! And this makes an awesome masculine Bday card!!

Wow! Great look with the crystal effects on the monitor--I will definitely have to try this once I get this set (which I really must have, now). Is it sad to say that I'm not sure what all of those abbreviations mean? LOL.
