I raced, I raced! To get this done and photo'd before I left for work this morning. I have about 10 minutes to get it up-loaded before I'm on the clock. Whoosh!
I've spent the last week making 3-d paper punched flowers and I've also been recruiting my new co-workers to play with me at our lunch break. (See www.craftiblog.wordpress.com for photos of our lunch gathering) Tomorrow is the big day when the ladies will put their finished flower on a greeting card.
I used DSP from Sam's Club; and Chocolate chip card stock to build this card. The flowers are punched and then built layer by layer until they are 3-d. I was in such a rush this morning that I actually forgot to stamp something on this card (gasp! did I say that out loud???) When I get home tonight I may pull the ribbon off and add a sentiment instead.
Thanks for looking and if you want to see more samples from this past week of punching and flower folding visit The Craftiblog at
Love the colors. This is a wonderful implementation of the sketch. For what it is worth... the ribbon looks great and cards don't need words on the front.
