Oh yes, Calaveras Frog Country! That is where the IC lands me today! You can read about the Jumping Frog Jubilee here. I think this lil frog caught 'some air' by the looks of her dress!
As usual, my 'personal' IC is Peggy (Marilynprestonn), who calls me faithfully and we discuss the IC each Saturday. This card is for you Giggles, to make you laugh. (And she does look so very 'Marilyn', no?)
I was fortunate enough to get to spend more time with Judy Kell, who loves frogs and got this crazy image on a trip to Viva Las Vegas Stamps last week! I think it is called Frog Monroe. We were able to spend some time at the stamp table and worked on our frogs. It was the best time! The image is paper pieced. Sentiment (inside) is also from Viva Las Vegas, and reads "When you stumble, make it part of the dance". I love that logic!
Thanks for looking!
Are you giggling, Giggles? LYMI

Geez, Pat, I thought for sure you would have a poppy card, since I've just learned that's California's state flower. What a surprise to see a Marilyn Monroe frog! How fun!

Tell Ms. Froggy to hold her dress down - or else we will have to call her names. Cute card!! I did a stumble today and sprained my ankle. I'm so upset - I wanted to cut the grass today.
