I had SOO much fun with this card and it was so quick.
Here's what I did.
I took a piece of Wild Wasabi cardstock, corner rounded it in the CleverCut and ran it through the new square lattice embossing folder in my Big Shot.
Then, I painted it with a Juniper acrylic paint dabber (Ranger) on the convex side. I was impatient so I heat set it.
Then I took my Terra Cotta dye ink pad and my blending tool and just swooshed ink all over the raised design. It was SO easy and quick. That whole putting ink on your embossing folder thing just makes a Virgo cringe This is so much less messy.
Then I folded a giant dictionary page into quarters and cut it with the new Island Floral die. I rubbed paint and ink into them and scrunched em up. The center is punched with the Itty Bitty Shapes punch out of Basic Grey DSP and held with an Old Olive Brad.
Then, I used my CleverCut to cut a wavy strip of Basic Grey DSP and a smaller Vanilla piece for the greeting.
So easy and fun!
